Located adjacent to the Harborwalk, the Seaport Performing Arts Center is a beacon for the vibrant and energetic Boston Seaport district. Nearby includes the Children’s Museum, ICA and numerous bars and restaurants. Nevertheless, the area brings thousands of visitors to the area day and night. 

The building is divided into three masses. The performance space, lobby, support and backstage. The theatre and lobby are the most important spaces whilst the support and backstage dwarf in comparison.
